Wonderful apartment complex

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
We have lived here for 2 years. It is an older building, but cozy. Each unit has a fireplace. The neighborhood is very quiet, new owners are(11/07) very accommodating. Conveniently located. The goal is to remodel every unit with granite counter tops, new appliances/fixtures. Sauna quits working frequently.
