Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Maintenance is slow. Short-staffed all the time. Apartments get really warm in April, but management refuses to turn air-conditioning on (to save money'). Elevators broken half the time. Water system being worked on most of the time. Was recently taken over from Oakwood by Archstone-Smith, and things have gone from relatively good, to extremely BAD.
