This is the worst apartment complex in downtown Minneapolis. Do not move in here! Terrible management that changes ever other week and will lie to you right to your face and then turn around and deny it. No guest parking. Firetrucks going by twenty times a day. The heating/cooling in the apartments is terrible. My bedroom is either way too hot in the winter or way too cold in the summer. Water is turned off about once a week. Elevators are slow and always out of order. One of my biggest regrets in life is moving into Symphony Place.
