Difficult Years From: disappointed1in07 Date posted: 10/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   The building is in ill repair and has been for several years. Many water and mold problems. Leasing office and maintenance are very unreliable. The rent is much too expensive to deal with a less than adequate building. I would not recommend moving here except for a short term stay. I have already moved from one apt to another. Will be leaving as soon as possible.
