They are artificially sweet when you enter the apartement with a HIGH RENT but when you decide to move out ITS HELL . You wouldn't imagine the cryptic rules they make you sign up and you end up paying so much for stuff in the house working perfectly fine ( i was asked to pay for the Fridge , replace the carpet and the washing machine...$10000 with no negotiations)
The staff is useless and have no consideration for residents . The renter staff , never give out the correct information making us payup a big amount when you decide a move out.
I feel like HELL AND OUT and sincerly ask apt lookers to be avoid this useless apartment. There are better and cheaper apartments in Downtown minneapolis

I'm curious to know what "better and cheaper" apartments there are in downtown Minneapolis. We have been looking at properties nearby and Symphony Place appears to be the cleanest, best-managed, and a good value.
I'm also interested in where the $10,000 figure came from--by law they have to itemize any fines or withholdings from your security deposit and even high-end appliances and carpet wouldn't amount to that much. What isn't the author telling me?
