I would never recommend living here to a friend or my worst enemy. The management is rude to tenants and does not give proper notice when entering the apartment to show it or to make repairs. Our dishwasher has never been fixed since we've lived here for a year - in fact, the management blamed us for not getting our dishes clean because we put too much soap in the dishwasher. As if that would cause it to leave chunks of food all over our "clean" dishes.

The thing about this place is that it is kept up nice and looks good on the outside, but the management is sneaky and crooked. I've heard of several instances in which they added an extra month to someone's lease because they didn't want the person to move out in the winter. So you sign a 12 month lease, but it's actually 13 months.

Another thing that recently happened was a malfunction with the fire alarm system. I woke up on a Saturday morning at 7:30 to the blaring sound of the fire alarms goign off. We all had to go outside and wait for them to fix it and figure out if there was a fire, which there wasn't. Then right after the fire department turned off the alarm, it went off again. It was turned off and then it went off again at about 12:45 am Saturday morning and we all had to go outside again and wait in the middle of the night. Not my idea of a good living experience.

Wow How one can be so judgemental after 1 year. I've been there for 5 years and had no problems. Maybe talk to the people who have lived there a long time and ask them what they think

The above response from "870 renter" is written by someone in the management office. This is obvious from the all-too-familiar condescending and unprofessional sarcasism used. The two reviews that gush over the property and management staff while belittling tenants referring to them as "bad apples" also reflects the owner/management style. This is not a chat room, but a legitimate service to keep renters informed, FROM OTHER RENTERS please.

I love the dishwasher comment.....when i lived there I too was eduacated by the management staff as to what kind of soap to use in the dishwasher and the amount to use in order for my dishes to be 'clean'
