This place is not worth it. We should've shopped around longer in the area. There are newer buildings at the same price range with nicer setups. Garage got broken into and car windows were broken, water would turn brown about once a month, air conditioners don't work, carpets weren't very clean, kitchen is outdated, smoke from other rooms can be smelled in yours (along with marijuana), if your friend has a motorcycle don't expect them to come over because they're not allowed on the premise, walls and floors are very thin so if your walking on the floors the people below can hear and WILL complain, and the management spoke down to you whenever you tried to talk to them. Overall the only good thing about this place was the location, but being there are numerous apartments in the area, this shouldn't be a reason to move here.
