I am writing about the young lady on the last posting. I know the management very well and have talked with them. I also know this lady because she is my neighbor and I have reported her to the police because of her screaming in the hallway using obscene language (which she was citationed for. I can say that I have called the management with repairs at all hours and they answer and someone comes running. They have never made me wait more then a few hours to get ANYTHING repaired. I have been at Tamarind for several years and most people who live here would give nothing but rave reviews about the managment and up keep. I also have seen the reminders about the "rent due" and it usually gets posted on the last day of the month, not the 20th as she states. I like the reminder because with my job days blend together and I could and have forgotten it was the 1st. All in all I love the building and the fact that it is well taken care of. The staff bend over backwards to up keep and repair things.

This response was likely written by management at Tamarind and sadly speaks to the first portion of my original review. The police have been called to my unit only once, and the call WAS PLACED BY MYSELF after being told to do so by management. I had an issue with a tennant that no longer resides here and was told to call the police to resolve the issue after the management team attempted to do so two times that evening and found that they could not do so at that time. It is wonderful thing to live in a free country that recognizes and enforces our freedom of speech. We as renters have the right to freely voice our views and note our personal concerns about the nature of where we lease in online forums and in public face to face interactions. It is through this very online forum and others like it that potential renters are able to obtain the OPINIONS of both former and current tennants and possibly encorporate those views into their rental decision making. As I stated before, the location and overall visual appearance of the building led me to seek a rental lease. It was only after I moved in that I began to fully understand the unsavory and verbally abusive nature of the management here, and while the caretakers have been more than accomodating and down right pleasant, it is the clearly unstable behavior of the management that causes me to suggest that you look elsewhere if you're indeed in the rental market.

are you still staying there?. Original above post does seem it is written by management. Beside management, how would you rate this apartment when comes to noise, cleanness, your privacy?. Thanks
