I have lived at this building for about two years and my car has been keyed multiple times while parked in the under ground "secure" garage. Management does nothing about this and has posted a fake "This Lot is Patrolled by St. Louis Park Police" sign even though it is not nor has it ever been patrolled. I spoke with the police force who informed me that they do not patroll this lot and that management has posted this sign to make people feel "better" even though many cars have been broken into and vandalized. Management does not care and makes residents feel as if this type of vandalism is okay or is their fault. DO NOT LIVE HERE! THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS RUDE, COMBATIVE, MANIPULATIVE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, LIARS WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. AFTER MEETING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM, I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IF THEY WERE THE ONES ACTUALLY KEYING MY CAR! RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- NO AMOUNT OF A RENT "BREAK" IS WORTH THE DRAMA. THEY ARE OFFERING RENT BREAKS BECAUSE EVERYONE WITH ANY SENSE OF DECENCY HAS ALREADY GIVEN THEM NOTICE OF THEIR INTENT TO MOVE! Believe me, the "nice people" you meet when you're given a tour ARE NOT who you deal with as soon as you sign your lease!
