I have been living in this building for nearly 2 years now, I transfered from one apartment to another here a year ago. Both Apartments had excellent water pressure, never run out of hot water. The amenities include basic cable tv, which has a channel where you can view the security cameras to see who is ringing the door, or how busy the laundry room is. The pool area is clean, the lobby is incredible, and the staff are always helpful and maintenance prompt, one time I called they were at my door in 5 minutes. Sound has only been an issue a couple times, and its only been from above me when people seemed to be stomping around.

On the other hand, LaSalle Ave is very busy 18 hours a day, and it is a main route for emergency vehicles. The apartments are very small and parking, though secure, it is very limited and not at all guest friendly, costs 70/month for one guaranteed spot. I bike and bus which is very easy from here since you can walk to downtown to hit the light rail, or almost any bus.
