NO SECURITY I WAS ROBBED IN THE BUILDING
The pictures of this place look great on rent.com and everything. Rent is cheap. Well come to find out there is nothing listed on rent.com in this apartment. Horrible maintenance the city inspector had a list for Harold to fix out of regulation. The plumbing leaks and hot water is a a gamble. Wake up for work and go to shower in cold water. Not to good in the winter. They plowed snow about 3 times all winter. Parking is a hodge-podge of cars that don't move run down POS's. The garages are falling apart. Mine has a nice hole with a view into the two other garages. Insulation is horrible we had to crank the heat up all winter just to have decent heat and the ac doesn't work because of that if you expect to live comfortable expect a high electricity bill from all the fans you must have them to survive. Oh and on top of all that the doors don't lock to the outside. I was literally robbed at gun point walking in to the building. If you live a crack house stay there it would be better than this.
