This is a Very Cold Place-this building IS the FREEZER

I hope the title says it all.
Imagine entering your apartment in the middle of winter, and it is below 50 degrees -yes, with the windows shut tight, and the radiator heaters left open all the way. Yep. Happens here. And there's nothing you can do about it either-and I think it's illegal too. The radiators provide just enough heat to raise the area around it to 65, then it is gone for a very long time. And to make sure the apartments are as cold as can be, the management removed all the radiator heaters from the bedrooms this summer because they didn't believe you would know to turn the heat off when you didn't need it-they would rather have you live in a sub-50 room than provide the 'heat' they promised in the rental agreement. Seems like a breach of contract to me (in case you know a lawyer and want to rent here a while so you can sue them for breach of contract, that would be swell.)
Some people are commenting on the 'low' or 'cheap' rental, but when you figure in the cost of running your own electric space heater every night from November till April, you realize it'd be cheaper to live in a place that costs a hundred bucks more but
(1) is well heated, so heated you'd want to open your windows in December,
(2) where the maintenance guys are so responsive any issue you have is addressed within 24 hours, even on holidays, and
(3) you don't have to fall asleep every night listening to your neighbors copulating.
Think about it. I wish I had read the reviews before moving in here-and certainly will NOT recommend this place to a human, unless you're looking to sue.
