These apartments look appealing at first, but after living here for a year I can say it was a huge mistake. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. The apartments were messy and broken down to begin with - they never make any repairs from previous residents (even though they probably charged them when they moved out). Learn from my experience, be EXTREMELY picky and tedious when you are filling out your original move-in form. Be prepared to buy a thick mattress pad because the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If you want to bring a car, you'll be paying $75 per month just for a pavement spot ($100 for a garage). NEVER park a car without a parking pass - they tow immediately and the fee will set you back over $300 dollars. The hot tub/grill area was a joke because the grills were extremely messy and the hot tub closes at 10pm on weekdays (midnight on weekends). The staff is adequate at best...they treat you like a number not a resident. The management is extremely inflexible and impersonal. Take my advice and live somewhere else...my favorite part about living here was moving out and never having to pay $600 a month to this place again.
