The apartment layouts were nice, with the sinks being outside of the bathroom, it almost made it seem like you didn't share a bathroom. My main complaint was if you called "security" on noisy people they didn't do anything about it. I stayed there for 2 years and the management changed a ton so nobody really knew what was going on, but eventually you got an answer. The maintenance staff was good and we always saw them cleaning the halls or parking lot. As far as campus apartments go, this one is pretty nice. My 4 roommates and I enjoyed our time there but we were ready to leave after 2 years (well we graduated).
