University Commons has been a great place for me to call home. It is such a step up from the dorms. I have my own room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that came FULLY furnished. It was so nice not to have to buy furniture, everything I needed was provided. Everything matches so nicely, unlike some houses where everyone just brings an old couch or chair from their parent's house. There s a hot tub to hang out in and a grilling area that my friends and I have had BBQs at. A very nice added convenience. The office also holds events like resident BBQs, ping pong tournaments, pumpkin carving, raffles for FREE thanksgiving meals and gas cards, oh and just the other day they were making cotton candy for national cotton candy day! How cool is that! I think they also have random free breakfasts at the first of the month, which is nice on the way to class. The maintenance staff has been super quick at fixing even the minor things, such as changing a light bulb. The staff has been very welcoming and friendly. They make it feel like home. I pay a little extra for a parking spot, but believe me in the winter it is worth it. Finding a spot to park on the street during snow emergencies and risking getting towed is SO not worth the hassle. One last thing, the 24 hour business center has been a lifesaver studying for finals. It's always quite, even when my roommates aren t : ). Overall, UC has brought me a pleasant experience, and I'm looking forward to living there against next year!

this definately sounds like someone from managment wrote this and is trying to get people to live there...bahahaha
