UV West (this is the private side Leaning Tower of Pizza, NOT the univ side) is by far the best well-managed property I have ever lived in, in fact it's so rocktastic I lived there for over two years coming in on a winters day. The Great Lakes staff LIVE THERE and take a personal part in making UV great for their own kids and for you too. At the same time they're professional, knowledgable and AWESOME. Things were fixed right away on time, whenever I needed to gain access to the gym or get a new parking space they worked with me. Anytime I had complaints or concerns they addressed them and followed through. Anyone who says anything wrong about this place must be a careless slob because quite possibility I can't imagine any instance when I was pissed off. Suffice to say I've become friends with the staffers and my memories of UV, our barbeques and get togethers I have missed. If you need a family away from home here it is.
