UV is an appealing place..only good to the eye but once you live there..it's a different story. The floor creeks, walls are too tin, neighbors are loud,not a good place to stay if your are a student. Management is great but there really isn't any security guard around at night, on some occasion there might be one but they are not doing there job-just sitting around in the lobby. I also think that the place is too big to have one lonely guard. My roommate was harassed in the hallway by a drunky! and for god knows where the guard had walked to'!!(she was ok, but we always travel in pairs now). Maintenance is also not that great! (i.e: i filled out request form to have my window scree fix, but it too three weeks! *(they were busy too)* another time i had ask the maintenance to come in on a day that i would be home, to replace the lights, this was done with special request and direction..Instead they came in the next hour, AND i wasn't home to direct the maintenance which light to fix...i was mad! the bathroom caulks in my apartment were left unfinished too!)
However, YOu have to LIVE there to find out for yourself. YOu might like it, might not' Don't justify UV based on my experience.
