Not Bad...But Too Expensive

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I just moved out after a year. The building is new but fairly cheaply done. Things look nice but are not high quality.
The rent prices are high for what you get.
Most importantly, this place appears to be full of recently graduated college kids driving in Audis Mom and Dad bought. The are noisy all night long and if you go to bed before 3am on weekend you will likely be disturbed by loud noises, yelling and music.
Great location almost makes up for it.
