At first we were happy with the apartment, it was not until we noticed we were paying twice as much as many other people in the direct area for a smaller apartment that we started to get upset. We then had many managment issues as well as water leakage in our apartment, which was only two year old. It took them four times to stop the water leaking from the walls over a period of 3 months. Finally, once we moved out they refused to re-pay our security deposit. We are currently in the process of getting them to return it to us, but non the less by far the worst experience I have had with an apartment.
