New management, BIG improvement

The new company took over at the end of August and it has been a huge change for the better. Maintenance has been the biggest thing Mike the maintenance guy is awesome. Very nice and speaks ENGLISH, and he shows up really fast to take care of stuff. Plus the office usually calls a few days later to make sure everything got done, it s pretty cool that they actually care. I like the new office people, it s two girls and a guy and they are firm but friendly. I have worked in customer service before and these people understand what service is and how to do it. I feel like the management is a lot more available now, especially through email.
And it sounds really weird but one of the things I was happiest about was getting a warning about a noise complaint. The old management never did ANYTHING about noise or rules. The buildings seem cleaner overall and better cared for. There are some improvements they could make, I ve noticed little things like the dog thing running out of bags, but really that is pretty minor compared to the improvements in service and maintenance.
If the old management had stayed I would have left, but I did end up renewing my lease and I m glad I did.
