Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I had the worst time moving into this place, but since I got to be the first to live in my unit I dealt with it. Since then I've dealt with flooding, neighbor committing suicide by hanging off the balcony, no kids play area as stated on website, poor response to issues, and terrible parking. I HATE THIS PLACE
