We signed a one year lease here. The management and office staff at the time we signed was awesome. There was a change during the time we where here and now they are not as friendly and it seems like you are not welcome if you enter the office. The maintenance here is one of the best I've experienced - always on site taking care of things and work orders are taken care of quickly, however we have not had any repairs needed since the new staff took over and I have heard from others in the building that the response is not as good as it was. The only problems we had were the smells. The people smoking in other apartments or on their decks came right into our apartment on the third floor so had to keep windows and doors closed on nice summer days. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom was like a direct vent for the smoke and it was like sleeping in a smoky bar. We covered the vent cover with tin foil and duct tape just so we could make it through our lease. The smells of all the cooking were also pretty unbearable at times. Had a few nights with fights and yelling in the parking lot, but the police came and dispelled them quickly. Also had kids running through the halls on occasion and making messes in the common areas. Noise from the parking lot and entryway were very annoying, but our apt was right above the entry door. Our apt was located between two storage areas and bordered by the stairs so we did not have a lot of neighbor noise so can't say how that is. Could hear the person downstairs snoring at night and cupboard doors etc during the day. Amenities were nice and kept neat. Can't seem to regulate the temperature of the indoor pool. Sometimes great and the next time freezing.
