They claim to have fantastic customer service but they are extremely lacking. We have been waiting 7 months to get our aparment fixed from our move in. All calls go unanswered. They do not call you back. We are renting a garage stall and have been moved three times to different stalls. While this is no big deal, they have failed to inform us that someone will be using our stall and have only found out when someone else is parking in it. Luckily, we are too nice to call the tow truck ourselves. Do NOT rent here if you want to have a great place to live or hassle free living. Everything about dealing with the people that work here is a bigger headache than it needs to be.

I had a similar problem once with someone parking in my garage stall because the staff did not let me or the other person know about what was going on. This was after hours, too, and so I tried calling the tow truck number, which isn't even an operating number (probably why there was no area code before it). Finally, I got a hold of one of the maintenance guys who told me I could park in the car wash spot until the next day. So after trudging outside enough times in the snow I finally got to park my car in the garage for which I was paying. The next day when I went to complain, the staff didn't apologize, and instead somewhat blamed the other guy (who was Indian) saying that he must have been confused about which spot was his. A pretty frustrating experience, overall.
