I have lived here for almost a year now. I will have to agree with most of the others and say that MOST of the staff you deal with is not friendly at all. This group of management staff is not nearly as nice as when we first moved in. the Maintaince is the best we have ever had in the 15 years we have been renting. They come fix things pretty wuick and if we have a problem with it they come right back and make the repqair right. The staff needs to be much harder on the renters that do not pick up after their dogs however, I see many many people doing the right thing and picking up but I see mostly kids walking the dogs that do not pick up every after their pooches. Yuck what a nasty thing to smell in the spring or step in! There have a few problems in the underground parking but nothing out of the ordinary. The apartment are spacious and yes the rent is a little higher than some but you have a washer/dryer and central heat and air in the apartment. You pay more for conveniences!
