I signed a 2 year lease and was out in less then 6 months. Management was unhelpful, and actually a pain to deal with. All of the appliances needed to be fixed when I moved in..I mean all of it-sinks, furnace, microwave, dishwasher etc. and it took them weeks to come in after I called several times. The place is a dump, I never saw a cleaning staff. The parking lot was never plowed, and cars were always stuck! Police were there at least one night a week because of all the troublesome people that live there and part of that is managements fault. They called the cops on my neighbor because they smelt pot, the cops didnt find any but they EVICTED him anyway, they should be SUED! DONT LIVE HERE!

they do not have 2 year leases here. MAximum is 12 months....
