I'm reading the reviews and I have to say that some of you are amazing! You say that there are problems with your apartment but I don't see anything about talking with the manager. It seems to me that if you have a problem that you should either call her or go in there yourself. I had a heating problem, called and had it taken care of right away! SIMPLE SOLUTION!

You sure seem to be one of the staff personnel. We complained about the heating a million times. Nothing is being done and so we finally ended up buying 70 $ room heater. Dont just assume that we dont talk to the management and we just complain here. you seem to be the crazy one

If you were there to talk to and available that would be a different story and we wouldnt have to write about how bad of costumer service you have! People just dont make up these stories. They have to come from an experience or event that happened while living at these apts. You were not friendly AT ALL with problems I had and when it came time to move out, you were the rudest person I dealt with "Ms. Manager". You should be replaced by someone who is passionate about there renters! Because you arent!
