I moved in here just at the end of Septemeber already I would like to move out. First off the staff Tracy is not friendly she is rude and doesnt even fake a smile. SHANNON AND SARA are very nice. The appliances are jacked up the dishwasher doesnt work, the heat vent are messed up one in the master bed doesnt work and when you turn the heat off it takes two hours to go off. It does reach the temp that you have it dialed to. They have lady bugs out of control in the houses and they dont care. The building is very clean, well lit and safe. I do see a cleaning lady every morning. I love the space and the layout but not the management. When I first moved there i didnt even have heat and didnt have hot water for 3 days because the last tenant was disconnected and i moved on the weekend so minnegasco was closed. Everytiem i call with a complaint to management they dont call back i have to call 2-3 times. I want out of my lease. NOW!!!
