Our time while living there was pretty good. Never needed to call on any issues. Halls could have been cleaned more often and light bulbs replaced. Noise an issue every now and then. Move out was terrible... no move out inspection! We requested this many times and their reply was "we don't do that." Also no move out checklist to go off of for cleaning. Myself and my roommate felt that the apartment was left in better condition than when we moved in. Apparently the management felt differently as were we charged for damages that were of "normal wear-and-tear." I would never again even coinsider moving into a property owned by Pinnicale Management after what my roommate and I had gone through. If they cared about their residents, Vicksburg Village should undergo new management and staff or they are going to drive that property and others into the ground. I had recently gone to Park Place and was not even close to being thrilled about the presentation to the property. I felt as if I was intruding the office, than being treated as someone who they would like to see living there.
