The staff of this apartment complex have been making ridiculous posts about how great they are and giving the place a 4. I am merely doing this to offset that damage to the score. I would in reality rate this place a 2.8 all together.

The staff is ok, depends on who you work with, The grounds are nice but full of retarded children. They even got caught throwing ice chucks at residents cars recently. Whoever the welfare sucking alcoholic parents are that live here they should be tortured to death.

Sorry but the children make the place loud, unsafe, and unpleasant.

Anyone who calls children retarded has some serious issues. Your hatred towards children has nothing to do with the apartments. You should seek help for your anger.

Actually the quality and character of the residents do reflect the subsequent quality obtained by the co-residents. The god awful people who live here and their il-behaved brats DO MATTER in this evaluation.
