I moved up from Florida and I've been living at Vicksburg Village for over a year now, I recently renewed my lease since I am pretty happy over there. The staff and the manager at that office are awesome, they are always helpful and before I even leave their office, they are already on the phone taking care of my problem. Furthermore, they are friendly and professional, I always come out from that office in a better mood than when I go in when I deal with them. Awesome maintenace crew, the place is always clean and very well maintained. The only problem I have is there are some unsupervised children, but that should be the parent's responsibility and control their kids a little better. Overall, I am pretty happy over there and I am even trying to renew my lease through 2010. This place gives "Minnesota nice" a true meaning.

I have to agree with the part about the children. Seems like a lot of mis bahaving kids are running around all the time. I personally saw them throwing rocks from the decor at apartment windows... I am guessing this place caters to a large amount of section 8 or something. Odd too because its in a relatively good income location.

Actually no we do not participate in the section 8 program. Misbehaved children come from all income levels, so to assume they are low income is a misconception. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their children and their guests and should not be a reflection on the management team. We definately do what we can to enforce policies. Unfortunately we can not be here 24/7 and can not always address issues we are unaware of. However, please keep in mind that unsupervised children is a lease violation and should be brought to the attention of management so we can deal with it appropriately. Thank you for your comments.
