If there is one thing I am to be proud about Vicksburg Village is their maintenance staff. Their above and beyond performance takes customer satisfaction to a whole new level.
Recently, my apartment needed a lot of things to be fixed due to the fact that my family had been living in it for six years. The maintenance guy was very professional, courteous and efficient. He was not happy until the residents are happy. My only regret is that the rating system doesn't contain enough stars to express how good the maintenance really is.

Ghetto dressed hoodlums describes most of the tenants. Maybe the maintenance workers just want to blend in.

Yeah the maintenance guy seemed very nice. Unfortunately his subordinate's were ghetto dressed hoodlums.

It is really unfortunate that people can come on here and post rude and innacurate comments. Anyone who knows our team knows that they are all dressed in uniform everyday and are not ghetto dressed hoodlums. Please refrain from insulting our staff or our residents unless you have legitimate truthful comments. Thank you!

please the staff has almost run me over in the steps there are some of them in uniform but not all, for the most part they are the only thing that is good about this complex.

The maintance staff is the only good staff...the office staff can rott in a box!
