When I moved in the staff was very nice and polite but after a couple of complaints by my wife and me they started to be very rude and very unplesent the staff just does not care about the people that live here and pay there sal and the grounds are nothing to desire and the safety of the place is terriable some times in the parking the door will not open to let people out and other times it will stay open where any body could come in but it is Vicksburg Village responsablty if any thing gets vandalized or if someone gets killed or raped it says that in the fine print also in the lease. You get what you pay for here CHEEP rent for CHEEP Service and that is what this place is.

I only once experienced a garage door not opening, and there was a maintenance man right there on the spot to open it. Things happen. The last place I was at took 6 months to fix the garage dors. and they took months to repair a washer and then started charging more without even notifiying anyone. If one asks and reports nicely what needs to be done, it will be and pronto.

It is unfortunate that you feel that way. Common courtesy is a 2 way street. Yoru admission to not caring about the policies shows that you do not practice that. We treat all of our residents with respect and I am very proud to say that we have many happy residents who live here. I apologize that you are not one of them. As far as the garage door, it is not broken but was actually left open due to the sweeping dust.

See that is your problem maybe you should go and look around this place is nothing to be desired and the door in my garage will not open in the winter and last night it would not close that is true I could care less about the policy maybe you should check out something called common courtesy yes it is a business and business only run with happy clients!

Obviously Ms Castano doesnt live at vicksburg. Shes never spent a night there. Its a dump! The garage door is ALWAYS messing up! Its not for sweeping dust or whatever she said. (And the staff that "sweep the dust" have no respect for other peolpes property in the garage, they blow dust and debri on your vehicle scatching my paint job and what not) Those garage doors are always stuck especially in the winter. Maybe you should get off your ass and off the internet and fix something!!!! Vicksburg is like a high priced hooker, take way more money then its worth and screw you!
