I have lived there for 1 year and my experience there has been horrible with the management. Apartments are nice and you would think that you have to live in the apartment and dont have anything to do with the management. Well I thought the same and now i am repenting my decesion to go with these aprtments . Managemnt at vicksburg will be very nicely sugar coated when you go there to lease the apartment but just talk to them about moving out you will see their evil side. They would try evey possible Dirty trick in the book to Scam money out of you . Even if you have all the documents and proper notice given to them 2 months prior to vacating the apartment . You will get a call next month saying that you are responsible for the rent even after vacating the apartment till it is leased again or you lease term ends. Not all the management is bad at the leasing office but the people incharge there think that they are really powerful and can do anything they want and treat you like POS. I have lived in a lot of apartments allover US even in place like Miami but have never faced such a bad managment. I got a job in another state and gave them 2 months notice , when they get rental verification from my new apartment managemnt they decline to verify on grounds that i am still on the lease . When i talk to them they said they haven recieved the notice to vacate. I am very bad with keeping the documents . Am i glad that i kept their Notice to vacate Acceptance letter signed by manager. When i told them i have this letter signed by the manager and threaten to take legal actions , they immidietly called my new apartment managment and verified me .

Well i have seen my friends Notice to vacate not being accepted because he Gave it on 1st of the new onth instead of 31st of previous month .

Be verycareful while renting these apartments . Trust me its like a trap .They have hung the meet but if you go to take it you will be trapped like a mouse.

DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't say the management was that bad. There were definitely a few unfriendly ones in the office, but there were also a few nice ones. As for your friends' notices not being accepted because they were a day late, that is understandable because they were late. It is your friends' responsibility to get those in on time. Mostly, I just wanted to get a response in before the manager or staff post something like "I'm sorry you feel that way" or "It's unfortunate that you feel like that", you know, the phoniest apologies out there that are actually more of an insult than an apology.

I agree that it was my friend's fault but seriously i have never seen anything like that in any other apartment. Also I agree all the managemnt is not bad but the ones which are Bad they overshadow the good ones And the Bad ones are the ones which have power.

I definitely agree with the management being rude. All they care about is getting as many of the apartments rented as possible, so that they keep the company that owns the apartment building happy. If they don't meet their quota, the owners will find another management company. (Note to owners - please consider finding another company. This management company is giving your complex a HORRIBLE reputation). They come across as being this luxury apartment complex, but in reality they tend to attract a lot of low-life tenants. I'm not saying that everyone is like that. There are many nice people and all who I have talked to feel like they were trapped into believing they were moving in to something a step above the ordinary. Not true.

The staff are snakes! They will be nice to you until you sign that contract. Then there true colors come out! They are the -----! They lie and are rude and treat poeple like crap. I hope the office staff rott in hell!
