The management staff pretended to be very nice when I was a "potential renter" but once I signed on the dotted line and officially became a renter their attitude changed. They treat myself and other residents as if we are dispensable, "If you don't like it here move out (when your lease is up) because we can easily replace you." This attitude does not inspire a sense of "home".
Management is also full of excuses for everything they fail to do, such as, maintenance and safety issue that are not addressed in a timely manner.
In addition, the Plymouth Police, as well as other police departments, are at the property all the time, for domestic issues, thefts and other illegal activity. I would not recommend this property to anyone and would strongly encourage people to do their homework because you definitely can't judge this book by its cover.

At frist glance it may seem nice, the office staff present themselves as "normal civil human beings" but BEWARE!!! They lie and go back on their word! They never follow through on requests (porbably because they are too busy smoking or talking on their cell phones or eatting at their desks!) They WILL screw you at the first chance they get! They are waaaay over priced and parking is always a problem. The pool and spa are always closed. They call it luxury apartments but my microwave stove and dishwasher are from the eighties!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The OFFICE STAFF ARE PSYCOS THAT SHOULD GET TREATED LIKE CRAPP CUASE THATS HOW THEY TREAT THE RESIDENTS!!! I HOPE KARMA BITES THEM IN THEIR LARGE ASSES!!! Many people have had to take them to court...not a good sign for your potential future managment...do not live here unless you want to pay out rageous fees and have a constant head ache!!

I completely agree with the previous poster about court. All you need to do is search the Hennepin County District Court records online to see how many times Vickburg Village has been sued by tenants. The appliances are the cheapest you can find, the furnaces are not energy efficient and neither are the windows and patio doors. Be prepared to freeze all winter, because the furnaces are not powerful enough to heat all the rooms. The washer will chew up your clothes and the dryer will burn them, even on the lowest heat.
