I agree completely with the other reviews. The management staff is extremely nice when you are potentially renting from them, but any issues I have had and trying to end my lease I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. They do NOT return phone calls and are not respectful at all or willing to help/assist in ANY way. They do keep the property pretty clean, but the renters they allow to live here are questionable at best. I do believe they charge a fair rent price for the area, just don't expect anything from management and you should be fine.

That is truly one of the biggest issues here. The dubious nature of so many of the tenants is a constant problem. They let people in that really have no business in a nice community. This could be fixed mostly by simply increasing the credit requirements of tenants. This would also help reduce the frequency of which Plymouth police officers are present.

I completely agree with DanMan. I witnessed drug deals, saw police arresting a man for domestic assault and taking the woman to a shelter, and smelled pot in the halls frequently. The quality of tenants brings down the reputation of the entire complex. If I had taken the time to go to the Plymouth police department and read the incident reports before renting, I would never have signed the lease.
