I lived here for 2 years and the 1st year the apartment was great. The office staff was delightful and helpful. The maintenance staff was great. Then the 2nd year everything went downhill. They replaced EVERYONE who worked at the complex when I first moved in...not just 1 or 2 people...EVERYONE from the apartment manager to the leasing agent to the maintenance staff. The parking garage was unsecure, they have to change the locks and garage door openers 3 times in less than 8 months! Noise wasn't an issue because everyone that lived around me moved and nobody ever moved in. What does it say about your complex when apartments stay vacant for over 6 months' The move out checklist was silly. I've lived at 7 different apartment complexes and this was one of the worst (just above the ghetto apartment I lived in during college). Don't expect to get your full deposit back because they will stick any extra cost possible they can think of. They promote their apartments as "luxury" because the other apartment complexes around them are luxury....Westwind Apartments are NOT luxury apartments. I looked at the luxury apartments and lived in luxury apartments and Westwind apartments are NOT NOT NOT luxury, not even close! Look elsewhere, there are hundreds of better places to live owned by hundreds of nicer companies than CSM.
