New management tried to raise my rent $100.00 after my 1 yr lease was up. The cement floor in the under ground garage is crumbling away and they still haven't fixed it and I've been here for two years. The dumpsters are always flowing over and stinky. The elevator smells like dog, complex doesn't allow dogs though, hummm. You can hear hallway noise in the living room even. They want too much money for the apts!

On the upside the location is great, freeway access within 2 blocks all directions. Movie Theater, Holiday gas station, Day Care, Liquor store and restaraunts directly across the street. Major shopping Mall 1 mile, with a YMCA and Government Center and HN Cnty Library. But there are too many other apts within spitting distance that also sport a spa/hot tub, fireplace and WD in unit for the same price. Westwind Wake UP and Smell The Coffee!
