Fantastic Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I lived at the 275 building for almost a year (transferred out of state) and I'm quite positive it's the best renting experiance I've ever had. The leasing staff is amazing, they are always pleasant and eager to assist you in any way they can. The maintannce staff is quick and thurough. I had a problem where my upstairs neighbor had super creaky boards that woke me up in the middle of the night (he never slept), and they fixed it within two to three days. Yea, the walls are thin in some places, but that's renting for you. Overall the apartment was in excellent condition, and I really felt at home. Working downtown, this place was very convenient with its access to 169/394 plus the Express downtown bus stop right outfront. Match that with each unit having its own AC and Heat, and you have an extremely comfortable living experiance at an affordable price. Cry about noise all you want, when you rent you run the risk of having noisy neighbors. Don't like it, buy a house.
