I moved here after moving out of Point of America (across the street!) and lived in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was a nice size 4 of use easily lived and had our own space and it worked well.

The pools were well kept and it was awesome having an indoor pool because it was cold and you could swim year round. Like others have said the "gym" was kinda ghetto but the machines worked and I guess thats what really matters.

The staff are good and very down to earth and treat you nice and understand if something comes up or if you have a complaint.

A few down sides though the Maintenance people are LAZY as hell. We had a huge hole in our enclosed deck (all the decks on 2nd and 3rd floor are screened in which is nice) and it took them months to fix.

But when they did fix it, it was done half assed and we kept getting told they were replacing everyone's but we never saw it. Finally the A/C's they gave are very poor quality we finally got fed up asking for a new one (after it started spewing warm air) we bought our own and replaced it (wall mountable)

I would recommend this place a little pricey but for what you get is good the people are nice and I met a few people who I became friends with. But on the other hand we've had run ins with not so nice neighbors the sad part was we had people under us (2nd floor) make more noise but if we made a peep the cops were called on us.

But that is any apartments some people just don't understand when your living close to other people you have to be considerate. Anyway these are good apartments and we rented a garage for an extra $35 a month. Was kinda crappy like a hole in the wall but we overlooked it as it wasn't anything huge just more annoyance.
