I've been here almost 18 months and have little to complain about. Management doesn't always respond as quickly as I'd like, but they're always curteous and care about the residents.

Apart from what they advertise, there are other great features. The Post Office has lock boxes so your packages aren't left out for the whole world. The underground garages are well worth the price if you can afford it. Each building has a caretaker(s) that work tirelessly and keep the place clean and free of odor. And your not paying extra for amenities you'll rarely use, like a pool, a clubhouse, or a weight room.

Best yet, quite a few elderly people live here. When the police come, it's because someone's pulled their Lifeline, not because of excessive noise or other questionable activities.

If you're looking in the Crystal/New Hope/Golden Valley area, this is place is perfect!

Are you nuts? I live there too, and it's filthy, the elevators are rickety (no permit in any of them!. The hallways are like saunas with no air let alone air conditioning (same with the elevators). The laundry rooms are so bad, they'd have to pay me to use them! There is continuous loud (boom car) music. Management is nonresponsive (i.e., the hornets swarming decks last summer... When I called, I was told "everybody has them"). Which apparently meant they didn't have to do anything about them.

I'm the original poster. I stand by my comments that I originally wrote, as I never had trouble with noise or maintenance issues the whole time I lived there. But I had a bad turn with management when I left which cost me a good deal of money. I think it's obvious by the comments that the place has grown even worse since I left.
