Just the most recent in MANY outrageous things at this place. They sent locksmiths to rekey all the apartments WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!!!! Think about it. You're sitting at home at 7:30 pm and all of a sudden someone is coming in your door (WITH A KEY!!!) telling you they are here to rekey your apartment! Disturbing' To say the least! The police agreed... very unprofessional of the management! Come to find out the manager (Lindsey) just didn't want to make phone calls. Are you kidding me'! If I weren't already moving out... I'd be giving notice today!!!

This place is a dive. There is nothing good about this place. The parking lot spaces are so small- count on a new door ding everyday. You can hear EVERYTHING. The floors creek. The elevator is from the 70's and takes forever. It is not handi-capped accessible, so forget having your old parents visit. There is trash everywhere and all the halls small like pee. The office girl is a dingbat. The landscaping is awful- goose poop everywhere, and BUGS galore. Strange insects in my apartment that should be sent to the U of M to decipher what they are. The parking lot is dark. Too dark. This building is in a complete state of disrepair. The cabinets, faucets, tile floors and closet doors are all from the late 60's. I don't think this place has ever been updated. The 2 laundry machines are old and don't work so well and cost $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry and there is no change machine. When my lease is over I'm outta here. I may cut my losses and go early.
