Having been a resident, I would strongly advise an alternative apartment complex in the Twin Cities. The building are in a constant state of disrepair, and although the staff tries to be as accommodating as possible, there are to many "building" issues preventing them to reach any that you need in less than 3-4 weeks. This becomes an issue if you had water pouring into your apartment as I did.

On site staff is NON-EXSISTANT!! Serious! The building manager ("Miss L." I will call her) was fantastic, friendly, fair, and always a pleasure to talk to. However, when that's the only positive, I just can't bring myself to recommend this facility to anyone!!!

This place is a dive. There is nothing good about this place. The parking lot spaces are so small- count on a new door ding everyday. You can hear EVERYTHING. The floors creek. The elevator is from the 70's and takes forever. It is not handi-capped accessible, so forget having your old parents visit. There is trash everywhere and all the halls small like pee. The office girl is a dingbat. The landscaping is awful- goose poop everywhere, and BUGS galore. Strange insects in my apartment that should be sent to the U of M to decipher what they are. The parking lot is dark. Too dark. This building is in a complete state of disrepair. The cabinets, faucets, tile floors and closet doors are all from the late 60's. I don't think this place has ever been updated. The 2 laundry machines are old and don't work so well and cost $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry and there is no change machine. When my lease is over I'm outta here. I may cut my losses and go early.
