I found the staff to be friendly and helpful; any repairs were done quickly and well.

My favorite things about it: the year-round heated pool, the fitness room, underground heated garage with carwash area.

My least favorite things: it really could use a cosmetic makeover inside; walls and stairs look worn and shabby in some areas. The continuing problems with the water leak in the basement near the elevator are disconcerting.

The giant-screen TV in the community room was stolen, as was the Christmas Angel!! (who steals an angel') and the laundry machines were broken to get the quarters out.

Yes I agree, the indoor pool and fitness room are awesome (I never paid for parking so I never was able to use the car wash, but it was cool that it was there for those who did pay!) And I also agree with the osmetic make over inside (also they could use some air conditioning in the stair wells!!)

I have been a resident at the Woodhaven going on 5 years and as a single female Whom is "very cautious" I have never felt so comfortable living within a apartment community as I do here! They do not accept any section 8, or assisted housing which makes me very very happy!!! As far as the condition of the building I feel they make the necessary improvements to the community, and the location, and amenities are the best around!!!
