This place is a roach motel. I think that landlords and caretakers should be required to tell you that a place has mice and or roaches. Honestly many a tenant has left this place because of the roaches. Renters are expected to be forthcoming but so should landlords. If you want roaches choose this place if you don't look elsewhere. Funny how Yale Place is listed as one of Dennis Investments properties and so is Oak Grove Apartment Hotels but not 1365 Spruce Place because of the pest problem here and the roaches aren't the only pests at this apartment building either. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
