Nice Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived at York Plaza for one year and liked it. It is kept clean and the management staff if very professional. They even have some special services for the senior tenants - a large part of the people who live there are well into their retirement years. The only thing I didn't like was the heating system. The furnace is inside the apartment and when it comes on is very loud - kept me awake at nights in the winter. The other thing is that many residents have dogs and you have to watch your step when walking on the grass - it is covered with dog excrements.
