Older but nice - I live on the first floor, apartment is nice but good luck if anything breaks or needs fixing. Request a simple thing and it takes forever, request something big and they will fix it. Can hear the people above me walking around constantly(thin ceilings) and if you live in the building farther back you can hear the High School Stadium.
