I had a problem of water leak in my apartment, I put a word to the management to repair it and they sent no one. After repeated complaints, I got tired and I am still living with that problem. The female who sits in the office is so rude and has the least courtesy. She treats people as if she is allowing them to stay for free, she treats them as if she owns them. Not at all polite, My husband and I had a tough time in talking to her about any issue about a missed package or a noisy neighbor. Stay away from that female.
