I highly recommend living in this apartment complex. The management is very friendly and helpful. I lived there 2 and a half years and the worse complaint I would have is that they never replaced my screens on my windows. But when it came to important things like something leaking or a broken microwave, they would show up within the hour of the request.
The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. It's in a great location in Minnetonka. The twin cities are just 10 minutes away.
They are pet friendly! I had lived there for over a year when I finally got 2 cats. When I went to pay the pet deposit they waived the $400 fee! They reward their good tenants who pay rent on time every month and have no complaints.
I moved out a couple of months ago and I wish I could take that apartment with me to the next state I'm living in. When I moved out the inspection was SO EASY! They walked in, said it looked great, had me sign some papers and told me I'd get my full deposit back! It took 2 minutes!
The management is nice, down to earth, friendly and helpful. The noise was minimal, the neighbors were friendly, easy access to laundry facilities (on each floor), controlled entry, safe parking lot, beautiful landscaping, and well maintained. What more could you ask for' Especially for such a good price for Minnetonka.

I highly recommend signing the lease.
