Management is ignorant. On many occasions. I remember when i asked why my rent was going up.(i lived there almost 3 years, and every year they raise the price). I never missed a payment or gave trouble to anybody. And the lady answered that the gas prices went up, so the rent went up as well. Can u believe it':))) The staff is very sloppy with documents. They change residents contracts(make sure to get a copy!!!!)on regular basis without letting them know. Beware!

Rent everywhere usually goes up ever year, idiot! What color is the sky in your world. They can't change the lease without you signing it, and you should read what you sign. Glad you moved!
