Over the past year, management has changed. The old manager was friendly and very personable - this new crew blows big time. They are rude, unorganized, and unfriendly (not to mention unable to put together a bulletin without numerous grammar and spelling errors). I think these new folks are the biggest downfall.

Residents are varied - but friendly. Things are generally quiet. Apartments are decent. There were a couple of goofy things that happened (fire that took out 3 apartments, bomb squad in the garage, and mult. false fire alarms).

The maintenance staff is exceptional. Prompt, courteous, professional... Except when it comes to the pool. Over the summer, the pool was disgusting.

I would not, and am not, renewing my lease. Too much goings-on, and you can find better for your money.

Thanks for the reply, but you all had your chance. You should treat all tenants as customers (because we're spending a pretty penny to live there!) and be nice to them while they're living there and not once they call you out on the issues. You need new staff (If you haven't already gotten new staff). They were downright rude - and I think I'm a pretty tolerant person. I don't need to stop by. I'm very satisfied with my new apartment community.
